FH4LIFE is more than about the goals scored and the saves made on the field. It moves beyond field hockey skills and focuses on the athlete as a WHOLE person. The goal of FH4LIFE is to optimize a player’s performance and provide them with the tools for success and positivity on and off of the field. FH4LIFE has 4 areas of focus:

My best friends in my life have mainly come from some sort of field hockey connection. I started playing field hockey when I was in the sixth grade at Radnor Middle School and I played competitively up until four years ago on an adult club team in the Philadelphia area. In between I played at Radnor High School and competed at the collegiate level at Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio. More >>

I began my field hockey career in ninth grade and have had a passion for the sport ever since. Prior to high school, I was involved in competitive gymnastics from the young age of five. By eighth grade, I was mentally and physically exhausted due to the long hours of training and restrictions on nutrition. I was not learning what to eat to fuel my performance but what not to eat to make weight. I was ready for a positive change
